Joining the waitlist

Joining asks us to email you when the app is available to download and test. We may first send a confirmation email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Signing up is not a purchase or paid subscription and does not guarantee a release date, invitation, feature set or future price.

Using an early-access build

You may install and use a build we make available to edit your own content, subject to these terms and any license included with that build. You control your local projects and exports. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Early-access builds are provided for testing and may contain errors, change or become unavailable. Keep backups of important media and review your exports. Current preview builds may require additional installation steps because they are not yet signed or notarized by Apple.

Your content and responsibility

As between you and PrimeX Vanguard LLC, you retain your rights in the material you bring to the app and the edits you make. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Rights in AI-generated material depend on the source material, applicable law and your provider’s terms.

You are responsible for the videos you import, edit, generate, export and publish. Obtain the rights and permissions you need, respect copyright, privacy and other people’s rights, and follow applicable law. Do not use the app for unlawful content or activity.

We do not receive or review your projects through normal local editing, and we do not control your editorial choices or what you publish. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions and the final result. This does not exclude any responsibility that the law places on us.

Your accounts and service costs

You use your own AI-agent and transcription accounts, subscriptions and API keys. You are responsible for securing them, complying with provider terms and paying any provider charges. We do not operate or guarantee those services, and joining the waitlist does not create an account with them.

The website and privacy

Do not disrupt the website, bypass its safeguards or submit addresses without the address holder’s permission. Our Privacy Policy explains the waitlist and the app’s data flows.

Availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, early-access software and the website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. We do not make you waive those rights by using the app.

Third-party brand names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their use identifies compatible tools, social profiles or products in comparisons, including Descript; it does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Brand marks may also be subject to their owners’ usage rules.
