Editing takes longer than recording.

I make a lot of videos.

Cutting them is the slow part.

Trimming a recording, fixing the pauses and false starts, going over it all again. It’s the part of video I like least, and the workflow around it eats the time I’d rather spend making things.

Honestly, I don’t enjoy video editing at all. It’s tiring. So handing off the hard part, and automating it as far as it can go, matters a lot to me.

So I wanted to hand it off.

I could already give a video to Claude and get a first rough cut back. The trouble is what comes after. I still had to review everything, go through the transcript myself, and ask it, one message at a time, to take out the things I didn’t like.

What I wanted was an editor where the agent does the same work, but I keep control. I can change anything back to my taste, as many times as I want, until the output is clean enough to publish, or to put effects on top of. The AI keeps working, and the last word stays with me.

So I built one my agent can use.
